Compact design:

 it occupies smaller space for double-horizontal shafts mixer,which can  decrease manufacturing cost of the whole mixing station,in addition it it helpful for updating.

Discharge gate:

The discharge device of mixer is designed as arc shape,which is simple in sealing structure but with significant performance and functions.The discharge gate can be opened on several different stages respectively,which is especially suitable for the loading of concrete mixing carrier.In special application,a large-scale discharge  gate can be used to accelerate discharging speed.

heavy duty gear box:

Two heavy-duty gear box which original imported from Italy are specially customized for the mixer.its structure makes it have long service life and predominant efficiciency of higher than 92%

Shaft seal:

The shaft seal adopts imported reliable axial seal and all sealing parts are easy to be removed and replaced.It is also suitable for bad work conditions.
